At Evolvology, I respect your privacy and am committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information I collect, how I use it, how it is stored, and your rights in relation to your personal information when you visit my website, sign up for a free resource, attend an event, work with me, or otherwise interact with Evolvology.

1. Who I am - Evolvology is the organisation responsible for your personal information. 2. What information I collect - The information I collect depends on how you interact with Evolvology. For example, when you sign up to receive the Stop Waiting for the Signs free self-trust workbook, I may collect: 

  • Your first name 
  • Your last name 
  • Your email address 

    If you choose to work with me, attend an event, purchase a product or otherwise engage with Evolvology, I may collect additional information that is necessary to provide that service or manage our relationship. I will only ask for information that is reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is being collected.

    3. How I use your information - I may use your personal information to:

    • Provide you with resources, downloads or information you have requested;
    • Deliver the Stop Waiting for the Signs workbook to you;
    • Communicate with you about your request or enquiry;
    • Send you Evolvology emails where you have given consent to receive them;
    • Tell you about relevant events, resources, offers, services and other Evolvology updates;

    I will not use your personal information for purposes that are incompatible with the reason it was originally collected without first considering whether I have a lawful basis to do so and, where required, obtaining your consent.

    4. Marketing emails - When you sign up for the free Stop Waiting for the Signs workbook, you will be asked whether you would also like to receive information from Evolvology about things such as future freebies, events and other relevant updates. If you choose to opt in, I will use your email address to send you marketing communications in accordance with your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Every marketing email will include an option to unsubscribe, and you can also contact me directly at [email protected] if you no longer wish to receive marketing emails. I will keep a record of marketing consent where appropriate so that I can demonstrate when and how consent was given.

    5. Our lawful basis for using your information - Under UK data protection law, I need a lawful basis for processing your personal information. Depending on the circumstances, I may rely on:

    Where you have actively chosen to receive marketing communications or have otherwise given consent for your information to be used for a particular purpose.

    Where processing your information is necessary to provide a service or fulfil an agreement with you.

    Where I need to process information to comply with a legal or regulatory requirement.

    6. How I store and protect your information - I take reasonable steps to protect your personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. Your information is stored electronically and may be held within secure systems provided by third-party service providers that I use to operate my business. While I take appropriate measures to protect your information, no method of transmitting or storing information online can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

    7. MailerLite

    I use MailerLite to manage email communications, collect information through forms and landing pages, deliver requested resources such as the Stop Waiting for the Signs workbook, and manage my email subscriber list. 

    When you submit your information through a MailerLite form or landing page, your information may be processed by MailerLite on my behalf. MailerLite acts as a service provider/data processor in relation to the processing I carry out through its platform.

    8. Who I share your information with 

    I do not sell or rent your personal information. I may share your information with trusted third-party service providers where this is necessary to operate my business and provide services to you. These may include providers involved in:

    • Email marketing and delivery;
    • Website and landing-page hosting;
    • Payment processing;
    • Booking and event management;
    • Business administration and accounting; and
    • Secure storage and technology services.

    Where third parties process personal information on my behalf, I take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate data protection arrangements are in place. I may also disclose information where I am legally required to do so, for example to comply with a legal obligation or valid legal process.

    9. How long I keep your information

    I will only keep your personal information for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. The length of time will depend on the type of information and why I hold it. For example, if you subscribe to my marketing emails, I may retain your contact details while you remain subscribed so that I can respect your preferences and maintain a record of your consent. If you unsubscribe from marketing communications, I will stop sending you marketing emails. I may retain limited information necessary to record your unsubscribe request and ensure that I do not inadvertently contact you again. Some information may need to be retained for longer where there is a legal, accounting, tax or other legitimate business requirement.

    11. Unsubscribing from emails

    You can unsubscribe from Evolvology marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in the email. Alternatively, you can contact me at [email protected] and ask to be removed from my marketing list. I will respect your request and stop sending you marketing communications, subject to any limited information I may need to retain to record your preference.

    12. Cookies and tracking

    This Privacy Policy does not currently cover non-essential analytics or advertising tracking because I am not currently using these technologies on the Stop Waiting for the Signs landing page. If I introduce analytics, advertising pixels, cookies or similar tracking technologies in the future, I will update my privacy and cookie information as appropriate. 

    13. Children's information 

    My services and resources are intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children for marketing purposes. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to me without appropriate consent, please contact me at [email protected].

    14. Changes to this Privacy Policy

    I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to my business, the services I use, or applicable data protection requirements.
